Course was a good mix of practical and classroom, keeping a good level of interest throughout with well timed breaks. Materials were comprehensive. Skills learnt are very valid for work and good practice for home. Would have preferred to get the two prerequisite courses straight away rather than separately. Joining instructions were excellent with included maps.

Surprising how informative and relevant to our Job in telecoms it is. Suggest pushing this throughout VF field team especially for HP tasks requiring more standard electrical experience

Steve was an excellent instructor and explained things in an easy way that I understood. I think the course was presented well and the mix between practical and theory over the days instead of doing theory first then practical last meant I was fresh to put what I learnt into practice straight away so it gives a better understanding of what the course is trying to achieve

Classroom and building outdated etc but still staff and admin staff made it a good experience and comfortable experience

Paid a lot of money for course and didn’t feel trainer had a great knowledge on the conduit bending and I watched YouTube videos in class to learn from. Had a bit of confidence walking out but not fully and kind of showed failing this part quite badly
