Ms Salma is very knowledgeable and provided us guidance as well as insights on real life situations that we encounter at work. She also coached us on exemplary leadership skills which we can apply in our daily tasks. My favourite part of the course was coaching, clear the space and avoiding watery languages. The course is educative, practical, interactive and met the purpose for which it was organized. The purposed realizing a good and effective value chain, the course should be extended to facility managers and IT staff.
