Good overall

Knowledge on how other ports operations works was gained, ways we can improve on revenue for NPA was achieved. I would recommend LBTC to other companies .

LBTC is a great team and the experience before and during the class was brilliant. I felt really the customer focus. I could only suggest having more balance in the knowledge of participants to avoid frustration. Maybe some “prerequisites” in terms of skills and knowledge might help to achieve this goal.

The food and snacks not good

I would like to thank Ms. Walaa who has been really helpful and welcoming and she have done great great job at coordinating, communicating with all participants.

Too much activity in the open area of the venue

Great location, lovely site and rooms are lovely and well prepared before the teaching begins and great classmates, good sized class for the course although a few more people of different companies and countries would be nice. Would definitely recommend going on the course! I've enjoyed my time here!

Feedback but be after the course and not in last day.

I’m thankful to LBTC for the good treatment from all staff. But again i was expecting something better from the course material and course adoptions new way of trainings and etc.
