Feedback but be after the course and not in last day.

I’m thankful to LBTC for the good treatment from all staff. But again i was expecting something better from the course material and course adoptions new way of trainings and etc.

This was a very useful course to embed the theory and I will go back to the course material often to ensure I am following the process in my daily work on delivering change projects.

Overall, the course is good for beginners in my opinion, not advanced practitioners or experienced practitioners. Beginners level courses, are available locally for joiner stuff which is more economical option.

I recommend no to mixup the essential courses with the advanced one

Trainer was very nice, location and amenities were excellent.

Needs to install ablution hoses. More variety of food

Overall, the course was excellent however it only met half of my expectations as this was purely Quality Management Excellence and theoretically I already have existing background in Quality. My aim was to equipped with superior knowledge that could enhance my skills in Quality bringing to another level.

Thank you so much I appreciate your efforts I have enjoyed the time being here in LBTC
