Overall, I am very satisfied with the training. The course was well organised, and the training facilities were comfortable. The LBTC team was very helpful and supportive, both during the training sessions and with matters outside the course. Thank you for providing such a positive and valuable learning experience.

i recommend that other staff in my Department/organisation be trained. A training of trainers model may be introduced to ensure all staff are trained whilst conserving resources.
