Definitely met what was on the course agenda for the Talent Strategy course on the LBTC website. From a bespoke perspective, I really appreciated talking about the TM frameworks as I've found previously that there are so many so this course helped me to see the benefits of using different ones. One of the my key aims was also to discuss how the Organizational strategy, HR strategy and Talent Strategy align. I understand better the linkage between the HR and Talent Strategy after our discussion and some reflection but I would like to be clearer on the Organizational Strategy linkage. Overall I think perhaps more time on the bespoke parts of the course would be great. A lot was covered though in the session around TM topics which I appreciate. Thank you very much

It’s was excellent course and met my intended objectives in contract management

The material was very good but a bit stretched to longer periods. The facilitator was knowledgeable and useful. The experience of all the attendees enhanced the effectiveness of the course. The venue was not great, chairs were uncomfortable, the food was poor.

Novotel experience was not comfortable at all in comparison to LBTC training building. - Chairs was not comfortable causing back and neck pain - Food was not good at all Note: Special thanks to LBTC customer services. The responsible employee did a great job ensuring all course materials are always available and accessible. The point of assigning a native Arabic speaker was highly appreciated which add more comfort attending this training

The course has been outstanding and the consultant is excellent- one of the best I have encountered. The only drawback is that some participants were not given Ipads because they would spend 3 days instead of the 5 days of the majority participants. Considering that the affected participants paid at least the same fee per day, this is unacceptable. To engender an excellent and stimultaing learning atmosphere, LBTC should not be doing this!
