Overall, the course was very helpful and informative. Although I have attended the same course before, it was great to participate in the training again as a refresher. It reinforced important skills and provided valuable reminders on how to effectively handle customers in our daily interactions. The training was engaging and served as a good opportunity to strengthen customer service practices and improve confidence in dealing with different situations.

The content absolutely exceeded my expectations. The examples were extremely relatable. It's made me even more self aware and conscious of my actions. I would recommend this to all leaders in my organization.

Aaron delivered the best balance between theory and practice I've experienced in a course. What stood out was how he immediately applied concepts to real-life situations, making everything much more tangible.
