Enhance my ability to lead operational teams, manage change, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Benchmark my organization's practices against international standards and industry best practices. Develop an action plan to implement the knowledge gained in my gas processing plant, delivering measurable improvements in safety, reliability, productivity, and operational excellence.
The training was perfect and lively. We meet next year for another one maybe in stakeholder management or stakeholder mapping if you have them on program schedule.
