The course has been outstanding and the consultant is excellent- one of the best I have encountered. The only drawback is that some participants were not given Ipads because they would spend 3 days instead of the 5 days of the majority participants. Considering that the affected participants paid at least the same fee per day, this is unacceptable. To engender an excellent and stimultaing learning atmosphere, LBTC should not be doing this!

The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was conducive to learning. The seating arrangement allowed for good interaction and visibility, and the audio-visual equipment functioned effectively throughout the sessions.
