Efficient and effective

Overall, the staff is truly wonderful and very helpful. Everyone is kind, attentive, and ready to assist at any time — including the consultant Elena. The space feels cozy and comfortable. I loved the coffee from Nando, and Wala'a have been exceptionally helpful and kind.
