Really enjoyed the course - the consultant, and his support and knowledge on the topic, as well as the trainer have really made the day enjoyable and informative without being too corporate.

Like the small group format.

The course timing should be from 9 to 2

The place is good enough, however the rooms should be a bit bigger in case more trainees joins.

The course content and delivery is top notch. Communication of changes to the delivery format should be made to participants sooner to avoid surprises.

Good course, I appreciated how the trainer tried to tailor the course to my own needs.

Just my recommendation. Maybe the topics should be less for a one day course, although I needed them all. Maybe this could have been clearer when booking the course.
