Interesting course and highly relevant in our everyday dealings and negotiations we have with internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, I believe it would be helpful to extend this to have more deep dive sessions with practical, hands-on sessions to apply the learned techniques.

The place is good however the seeting as a classroom would be better in not a round table

From the Quality Management course, a key takeaway is the shift in perspective from viewing quality as a final check to understanding it as an integrated part of every process, not just at the end. The skills I've acquired, such as strategic quality planning and applying vision, mission, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality, will have a lasting impact on my career.
