Bill was so helpful and great in delivering information. The course was full of knowledge, it can be improved by committing more to the agenda in the future, This though doesn’t quite apply because of the first couple days issue with the previous consultant, but bill managed it perfectly.
We have bad experience with your selection of our lunches and very bad services in the coffee workers.
Overall excellent except the snack bar incidents and variety of food.
It is a good place for training except that the floor seems to be too busy for business activities. Training and learning requires a serene atmosphere for one to reflect on subjects matter. There are other floors apart from the first floor which seems more of a business environment than a training one.
I appreciated the general structure of the course and how it was presented by the consultant. Bill balanced the theories and topics and was able to apply into real life situations. I also appreciate the knowledge not just about the subject, but about our country Nigeria. That enabled him produce relatable examples and scenarios which improved the overall learning experience. Finally, the consultant was able to create a free atmosphere that encouraged inputs from me and my colleague.
I found the training course today incredibly valuable and the fact that it was really tailored to me, my business & the areas that I'm interested on working on, means that I actually have tangible actions coming out of the call. I felt it was super engaging and I learnt so much that I cannot wait to implement. Pav was so friendly and approachable and really listened to my thoughts and challenges and helped me to think about new ways of approaching the situation as well as giving me really relevant and helpful suggestions on what I could do. I really would recommend this to everyone & am super pleased that I signed up for this course!
I've really enjoyed the course, though I feel quite mentally drained, in a good way. I've had to think and learn. The venue is great. Good food and coffee, friendly service, nice view.
It is a very good learning experience. Opened up quite alot in terms managing human resource in work spaces and even in day to day life.
