I was very privileged to have a one-to-one session with the consultant, which meant our conversation could be tracked back constantly to my role and my organisation. We were able to look specifically at communication and personality profiling, which will help me greatly in communicating CSR as a fairly new topic to my colleagues at all levels of the business.
Bronwyn was fantastic. I throughly enjoyed my week of training with her and learned a huge amount. The conversation was stimulating, interesting and provided a really unique flavour to the learnings throughout the week. Bronwyn took a genuine interest in everyone and what was important to them, making sure the course met all our needs.
Overall, I think this is a well made course, with vast content. Thankfully, the material was accessible and I think these materials felt perfect for me. The materials were available on tablet or PC, along with handouts and videos supplied as well. As for the external venue provider; when there are room changes, the venue should have more robust contingency plans. If it was not for the skill and preparation of the consultant, my training experience might have been diminished. Based on my experience on this course, I will explore whether the remaining training I have in my PDP can be conducted with this company. Good course, would recommend.
Overall, I am satisfied with the class material, the instructor, and also the venue. If I can have another opportunity to take class or course, I will choose LBTC again.
