I've really enjoyed the course, though I feel quite mentally drained, in a good way. I've had to think and learn. The venue is great. Good food and coffee, friendly service, nice view.

It is a very good learning experience. Opened up quite alot in terms managing human resource in work spaces and even in day to day life.

The food could have been better

Really enjoyed the course and it was delivered by Jon in a really good manner, explained it in a way that we could identify with.

I really enjoyed my course, it helped me understand the process you need to go through when managing a crisis and the types of tools available to assist you. My instructor was great, really professional and knowledgable. Being able to work through everything one on one was fantastic. I feel much more confident that I could handle a crisis situation now that I have completed the course.

Great training! Really easy to follow and right balance of interaction , slides and videos. Matt was really knowledgeable and tailored the slides to my job role ensuring I always had an understanding of what was discussed. Would highly recommend to my colleagues
