I really enjoyed my course, it helped me understand the process you need to go through when managing a crisis and the types of tools available to assist you. My instructor was great, really professional and knowledgable. Being able to work through everything one on one was fantastic. I feel much more confident that I could handle a crisis situation now that I have completed the course.

The program was ideal whether the topic, the material, the consultant or the place .

Great training! Really easy to follow and right balance of interaction , slides and videos. Matt was really knowledgeable and tailored the slides to my job role ensuring I always had an understanding of what was discussed. Would highly recommend to my colleagues

Zoom worked and I was shocked that it was one to one but I loved it. thank you Abdul.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it was what I had expected maybe even more so. Whilst having a 1-2-1 session was useful it would have been beneficial to have been able to network with other participants, this is not a criticism as the pandemic has not helped this.
