This was my first experience in a small size and 1-1 course (last 2 days) which was amazing and helped in making effective engagement with the team . I’m thankful to the whole staff for job well done and friendly engagement throughout the course , looking fore wards to meeting again

*What I like more:- -The instructor was very kind and fully aware of the course subject. - The coordinator also was very kind and helpful during the course period and prior coming to the course *Some comments might be improved from your side for the upcoming courses:- - the course location would be better if it was nearby the centre - bottles of water should be provided in the course meeting rooms
1. Venue was a clean, secure and professional environment. Staff were all exceptionally polite - nothing was a problem. I particularly enjoyed the free access to cafe facilities the coffee was delightful. 2. JP is an asset to anyone’s business. I usually struggle to engage with lecturers for any extended period of time but not this guy. I shocked myself on day 3 at the amount of information that I had retained - so he clearly did his job very well. I usually don’t ‘enjoy’ lectures anymore but I can quite honestly say I did. 3. My only negative is that I didn’t stay for the 5 day course! I hope to return again for a more advanced course, but only when I have more life experience in the business field under my belt. Thank you.
