While the content and instruction were excellent, I’d like to give special appreciation to Walaa, the relationship manager, whose support truly stood out. From the start, she was responsive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her cooperation and follow-up played a big part in making this learning experience seamless and productive. Highly recommended for anyone aiming to strengthen their strategic procurement skills.
