Really interesting approach to the topic, not what I expected but v helpful. Made me realise i already naturally use a lot of the techniques and am feeling more confident that I’m getting better at this.

The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable and professional. The course materials were appropriate for the type of course. However I feel the content was not particularly relevant to a purchasing role within RLC.

Ryan was helpful and added humour to his presentation which made the course feel lighter on soaking in the knowledge we were given.

Excellent and worth while 2 hours of instruction. Ryan has a great teaching technique and was able to keep us all interested for the 2 hours.
