Great course. The material in the tasks could do with a reveiw to be updated, or offer a warning or sensitive content. I would of personally liked something more interactive of if this course was in person to keep me engaged. Otherwise a good course where I have take away learnings

Really interesting approach to the topic, not what I expected but v helpful. Made me realise i already naturally use a lot of the techniques and am feeling more confident that I’m getting better at this.

The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable and professional. The course materials were appropriate for the type of course. However I feel the content was not particularly relevant to a purchasing role within RLC.

Ryan was helpful and added humour to his presentation which made the course feel lighter on soaking in the knowledge we were given.
