Really like the fact that the session is recorded and you can go back to it. Joseph was excellent, good pace and the break out room function was very useful and allowed smaller discussions to take place. He made sure that any questions were answered and kept engagement up by asking direct questions to individuals.
Really good to still be able to 'meet' the trainer and other delegates without the time and expense involved in travelling across the country
Overall good day, and I was surprised that the virtual delivery didn't take too much value away.
I really enjoyed the course and the materials from the workshop and VLE were clear and helpful. I did the workshop option and attending these really helped me learn more effectively through interaction with the workshop leader and other attendees. My advisor Michelle was great! She was very supportive throughout the course and always available to answer any questions along the way.
I would highly recommend Watson Martin. I completed my CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources and Amanda was brilliant, as were the tutors for each course day. I opted for the course workshop route, which I really enjoyed because of the opportunity to meet with other students (we're still in contact now and I've found this invaluable). Amanda marked things very quickly, gave helpful feedback and when it comes to completing my full diploma in future, I will certainly return to Watson Martin to do so.

Difficult modules I think so there was a lot to cover but trainers did this well.
I really enjoyed taking part in Amanda's course today, it was very interactive and although through Zoom, I felt it was engaging and involved group work. I was impressed with Amanda's level of knowledge, supported by practical examples from her experience.
