Great workshop, very helpful and friend in an engaging way. Enjoyed the online format, break out rooms etc.
The only slightly difficult thing was tgat my trainer changed halfway through my course. It worked out well though as Dee was fantastic and very knowledgable in her field
Very good course, very insightful with a wide range of materials available. Having a personal adviser was truly a blessing.
The course was really good as always, I felt a little uncertain about the remaining modules which need to be completed as part of the course but will ask my tutor to explain this if I need further help.
Tracey's teaching skills are great, she makes everyone participate and contribute to the discussions which makes the topics easy to understand and enjoyable.

Louise Hill was an absolutely brilliant tutor to whom I am grateful for the time and insightful feedback and direction.
The trainer was highly knowledge about the subject and delivered the supplied course content brilliantly. I do however find that face to face is better and because of the amount of information to get through this course better delivered involving more practical session or videos. It was very hard to stay focussed for that amount of time.
I struggled a little with the virtual format of the course; it wasn't always easy to follow and trying to be interactive was difficult. Maybe a longer dedicated session with a break would be better - perhaps allow 4/4.5 hours with a 15 minute break, so there's contingency time for connection issues, introductions, questions etc.
I felt that there was little interaction with any with regards to the learning, it was basically a teach yourself course with feedback on assignments. It was very hard with no formal cohort to reach out too and the last module had little information and so it was difficult to self-teach this... some more webinars I feel would benefit most definitely future students. My tutor had great knowledge in the subject and was helpful in regards to marking assignments and commenting, sometimes it was difficult to know what was required.
Venue was lovely and comfortable.. very interactive.
