The building could be a bit nicer but Leanne is great and really helps you to understand. Overall, I really enjoyed this workshop. It has made me feel ready to get on with my assignment! The slides were a little old fashioned, not very interactive or inspiring but overall the content was good and the tutor was lovely.Response : Hi Alexis, thank you for your feedback on the workshop and we are glad you found it useful! Overall the course was really useful, the trainer explained the content well and I gained a greater level of understanding as a result. The slides were not the ones we had printed which made it slightly confusing to follow I also don't think the venue is ideal for learning. There is a lot of noise outside.Response : Thank you for your kind comments on the course, and we are sorry about the confusion with the slides and printed material. We shall look in to this so it doesn't happen again and we will raise the issue of noise with center manager.

Nice light room. Temperature ok. Pity they didn't warn us about fire alarm. A bit hard to find. Would have been easier to say it was next to the new crossrail terminal. Thoroughly enjoyed the topic and the discussion and am looking forward to doing it .Response : Thanks for the feedback Diane and we have noted these points. We shall try to make the instructions are more clear next time with regards to the location.

I would like Marissa Bryan to be recognised as I was promoted quite high into the organisation half way through my course when I had just started my IBI topic. I was a nightmare to get hold of and couldn't find any spare time to complete my research report but Marissa would stay in regular contact and listen to my frustrations and issues and guide me so I remained on the right track. Her comments were constructive without giving me the answer and she was a great motivator. I honestly would not have completed the course without her help and guidanceResponse : Thank you for your comments Alyssa.
