The virtual online workshop is only part of the course so in the context of just the workshop I think this could be improved. The trainer was not very clear in her communication and spoke quite quickly. It is really hard in a virtual environment to follow this as you don't have the same connection that you do face to face. I felt that the trainer rushed through the slides but did not elaborate or explain the slide content in enough depth or clarity. The most useful sessions with these workshops are the group breakout exercises to discuss and share other peoples ideas. The course ran ahead of time so further explanation on slide content and more time could have been taken. On a positive note the trainer encouraged us to document and share our breakout session content for use in further study.
Sam is a brilliant trainer/tutor, very passionate, calm, engaging , knowledgeable and supportive. I really enjoyed the workshop and would recommend this to everyone. The workshop was well structured useful content.
The breakouts were super helpful and there were a lot of helpful practical tips.
