Overall I was very pleased with the session the course material is vast and the course teachers were very good , however it is a long session maybe the need to break it down into 2 sessions may benefit
A useful introduction with guidance and reassurance. A bit of a dead spot in the middle when activities stopped happening. I understand it's a lot to fit into one day but Evelyn did a very good job of fitting in what she could and guiding us for the rest.
I did a distance learning programme with a tutor that guided me brilliantly through it and knew how to motivate me in challenging times. Each module is well structured and its content can be used straightaway in professional life. Overall it positively influenced my approach to work being more scientific than before now.
The course relies on self education, making the payment for the course highly questionable. Outdated online content, no interactive course materials, such as video content or audio recordings and 'handbooks' that are riddled with notes and feedback from tutors, presumably as these are the works of previous students. Overall, I'm disappointed that I was left completely to my own devices.
Elaine was my mentor and I felt truly supported in the very strange times we've been through whilst I've been studying with Watson Martin. Fabulous, thorough and very worthwhile - thank you!

Some of the sections repeat themselves, therefore it is just rewording a previous answer. I have also been waiting nearly 12 weeks for my certificate to arrive, no sign of it yet.
Response: Thanks for your comments on Coursecheck Carina. Unfortunately, both aspects of your feedback are out of our control. Certificates are sent out by the CIPD and usually take between eight and ten weeks to arrive with candidates. However, the CIPD has reported that the pandemic has affected printing logistics so the certificates are taking a longer time. I hope you will receive yours soon. There is some duplication of learning outcomes and again this lies with the qualification's design by the CIPD. Hopefully it didn't detract too much from your learning experience. Congratulations on achieving your qualification and we wish you every success in your career.
I found my Watson Martin course great from start to finish. The resources assigned via the VLE were brilliant and my tutor was always available as and when I needed support. I would definitely study with Watson Martin again.
