Today’s fall training session was highly informative, engaging, and proactive. It provided valuable insights into fall prevention strategies and highlighted the importance of early risk identification and intervention. The session encouraged practical thinking and teamwork, which I found very beneficial for applying best practices in real-time care situations. It also reinforced our responsibility in maintaining a safe environment for our residents. I look forward to implementing what I’ve learned to enhance both staff awareness and resident safety.

This has been an interesting programs, very insightful and engaging as well. The venue was clean with a beautiful view and well controlled temperatures.

Overall I enjoyed this course and its content and I found it informative. Some of it was common sense but other parts were enlightening.

Dementia training continues to be an important component of understanding the condition and it’s impact on the overall approach in delivering care and support to individuals with the condition it’s an important step to improving care outcomes for both the individuals and families within our communities and society in general.
