Some tasks just felt like filling gaps in time

Abit too long could’ve been shortened down

It was a good experience, there was some good interactive games. CQC info was good

Some group work pointless eg draw success

Didn’t learn many ‘new’ things, mostly just a refresher for things that are already known.

I was hoping the course would look at more practical examples for implementing in the work place. Implementing successful health and wellbeing initiatives. It looked at a lot of personal effects of health and wellbeing but not for initiatives to role out. Or practice conversations around wellbeing.

Andrea was great.
