I felt that because of the nature of my job role, the course was ‘nice’ but not relevant or practical
For course leader to be aware of how comments made when collecting certificates, can easily offend, this was evident when someone I was sat at, at the table went to get theor certificates, a little bit of diversity training wouldn't go amis.
Coffee was not hot a lot of knowledge I knew already
Very slow at group activities are bit daft
