The content was good but was disappointed a lot tools identified were not for who l support ie LDleople under 65 .

The content was pretty confusing as to where we stand with the Care Certificate. Because there were reps from different areas of the industry it was hard to make it a 'one size fits all' approach. There was a lot of repetitive content - I feel like the content could be streamlined and be covered in a day. I don't feel we need to be writing on large pieces of paper in groups when it was a fairly small group to begin with, open conversation would suffice.

Really well planned conference with great speakers and good networking opportunities

I enjoyed the course it helped me think about self reflection as well as taking care of others health and well being

I would like to take part in the falls ambassador workshop in Lincoln on 30th September
