Very informative and helpful in highlighting individual information which in turn is proactive in development

I feel today’s session was not very relevant for my role. It was hard to follow and hard to answer questions. To be told that if we didn’t know the answers then we shouldn’t be in this role was a kick. As clearly job roles of us all here are not noted. We all kept being referred to, and the whole course today was based on registered managers.

Conference very informative & the Q&A was very good. Venue was good but room chilly on the day. Catering ok but several versions of same sandwiches (egg & tuna) none of which I eat so could only have cheese & pickle
