Enjoyed this course, informative with good group interaction

Been a pleasure throughout the course I've refreshed up on different takes of communication and difficult situations enjoyed the group participants.

Andrea was good, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't feel I was given as many tools as I would've liked. Maybe some group scenarios to go through in the correct and incorrect way of dealing with them.

Very useful training, let’s meet again in years’ time to compare what was and whats now. Thank you

Tech first aid training has highlighted the importance and benefits of using technology in the field to deliver a seamless experience to delivering care services in the community to customers and helping reduces staff turnover.

Informative sessions. The training provided insights to technology, digitalisation, and AI that piqued my interest. Had some major takeaways such as making an AI policy and cyber security policies.

I found the information given on this course to be extremely helpful in my current role and have taken so many useful resources back to the workplace.
