For course leader to be aware of how comments made when collecting certificates, can easily offend, this was evident when someone I was sat at, at the table went to get theor certificates, a little bit of diversity training wouldn't go amis.

Had a good training session. Very informative and useful for the work.

It was a very productive session. I have gained a lot and now I have more confidence in handling my service users with oral health issues and dual diagnosis. The trainer was easily approachable and that made the session more interactive and less interesting.
