Very interesting and education training

It was really good really helpful. Perhaps a little bit clinically focused for the non clinical members of the team so could perhaps be adapted slightly to be a bit more inclusive, however Karen took that feedback on board and ensured everyone got the most from the training.

Very easy going knowledgeable trainer Felt nervous at first but was put at ease by trainer who was very supportive

Very interesting and pushed me out of my comfort zone though I was nervous my confidence grow over the 2 days and really happy I took part in the course. I feel I have learnt alot thankyou
