I believe this training is needed, and well received.

The trainer Wendy Wroe was really engaging, explained things well and encouraged discussion. She was also very patient with a few of the delegates when they weren’t listening.

Every thing was well presented

The room was very cold The trainer was excellent

The presentation and training was second to none

Benjamin was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. Really connected with the class. I like the way he structured his presentation. Honestly he was really good. Would give him a 110%.Very down to earth person. I hope he continues to train in Croydon. Health and Safety Group should provide the booklet again, especially with the money we’re paying. That’s the reason why l have scored them 9/10 on recommendation.
