There were several people on course with no previous experience I thought the course was a refresher course?
Informative and hand on particularly the hoist and CPR
Overall the training was great. And the equipment should be modern. Any other thing is very excellent.
I enjoyed the training, and also gain more knowledge.
Good content for update. Trainer was great Only issue is that some participants were here for a yearly refresher when they havent even had a full day's training on moving and handling or basic life support
