The course didn’t start till 4 pm as there wasn’t a trainer. The course started late with numerous different reasons once we all discussed x I lost money as I left work early for the course but waited 3 hours to be doing the afternoon course. There was also no bag valve in the kit.

Karen did my last refresher and she has gotten even better in the last 1year. Very explanatory, detailed and full of vibe
