Very interesting presentation, and interactive

Paul is an excellent trainer, I am very impressed with his style of delivery. This is my second time doing a refresher with him, and I hope it stays that way.

I think Lunch should be given to the trainee not just water or tea

The trainer demonstrated all aspects of training well. She was engaging, asked questions, gave examples and practical training where needed. From the beginning to end all things were explained and l was well aware of what needed to be done. Great training in all.
