The manual handling training was excellent. Joanne was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the practical sessions easy to understand and engaging. She was patient with everyone and made sure we understood the correct techniques before moving on. I really enjoyed the training and would highly recommend her.
