Really good and engaging Wish it was less care home related and more theatre related as that’s relevant to my role more. Course in Kings Lynn would be handy because lots of delegates are from that area.

Trainer was very engaging

Far too long, slides need to be condensed and not so repetitive. Could use more real life cases as there have been many high profile adult safeguarding cases. No handouts were provided.

Good course but at time some of the language used is discriminatory. I did say a few times that this was unacceptable also managed to call a manager in a hoist big! Not funny!

This trainer had very good knowledge and enjoyed listening to his facts and figures
