Could provide with at least water all throughout to drink during breaks. There is very limited (only1) drink provided coffee or tea. Not mucb choice.

Solid refresher course with great content.

The trainer was great, made sure he engaged with all of us he had patience and made sure we were comfortable in the Environment. He explained all elements very well with the use of videos, slide show and physical equipment, we all had fun together thanks to his skills and intro and questioning system well done Steve looking forward to this next year!

Training was really good and a lot of practicals. Sharon’s make everyone feel involved and comfortable. Group discussions and presentations were done.
