It was very good and learnt some new information aswell.the trainer he’s very engaged with everyone and everyone enjoying his class.overall it was nice day that I had today
The day,went fast. It was good. He highlighted for our and the patients safety, good documentation and to try and not to go jail.
The training was rushed and not delivered appropriately. There were people in the room who had never done moving and handling nor basic life support. These people did not get adequate training to go out there and work. Some couldn't even do CPR appropriately and still got passed. It is not safe for these people to go out there and practice! There was adequate time to go through MH procedures, teach how to use a hoist! There was a bed but it wasn't even used!
I really appreciate the effort put in to organise this training.
