For the price of the course there was no food provided. There wasn't any water provided. The course was dragged out. When you book a full day, you should not be interrupted with delegates doing the half day course. For what you pay independently I was disappointed.

Room was too warm, lack of refreshments considering the cost of the course.

The trainer said no to a lot to people's answers, when often people had given reasonable answers.
