Good day, shame de-fib wasn’t working

Overall, I found the mandatory care training extremely helpful and eye‑opening, as it deepened my understanding of how to provide safe, person‑centred care.

Defibrillator not working. Quality of the lesson was good.

Paul was a great trainer

I'd say the trainer was excellent, but the defibrillator should've been in full working order. I also found that all the content could've been learnt online.

The training overall was alright but i feel for 6 hours some of the topics were a bit repetitive.

Venue staff rude and paid for parking Trainer was excellent Materials full of mistakes

Agency should have sent me on the ils not bls the building was cold

Trainer was very knowledgeable,engaged us all throughout the session.

Got to learn a lot of things in interactive environment
