Intoduced to new concepts and more indepth understanding of unconscious bias & "demand attention" The trainers being expert by lived experience practically spare copy of the handout would be useful The room was good the acoustics although effected the hearing and therefore the listening to trainers and a microphone may have helped. Car parking was good.
