The training of today was very interesting. And with this training, I can now support the residents safely using the correct techniques and equipment to prevent injuries and protest both the carer and the residents

Trainer was engaging however a few times there was misunderstanding of communication (I said one thing not the other) which he called out to the whole cohort. I didn’t appreciate that, but other than that it was fine
