Great training experience! The course was well-organized with a good balance of theory and hands on practice. Natalie is knowledgeable and supportive, making it easy to build confidence in venepuncture and cannulation skills. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their clinical competence.

Refresh and enjoyed the training by the trainer

Venue was way too hot. Some water would have been nice as it was too hot in the room

Could have been more interactive with less PowerPoint. Felt there was too much on the slides and not enough practical in comparison to the ILS courses I have attended that are accredited by resus council. More practice with moulages would have been good to practice. The trainer was excellent though and had a really good style engaging everyone. Venue was good.
