Only one coffee allowed it would have been helpful to be told before hand we should bring our own refreshments. Nearly 7 hours without food is not conducive to learning

The trainer was very interactive and engaged everyone, I like the way she did the demonstration with the manicure

Well structured and delivered

It was actually one in all training program. The sessions were interactive and the instructor was in absolute control of the sessions. The language was straightforward and the demonstrations were made very clear for all to understand. The venue was without any form of distraction and with the tolerable temperature. It was a day very well spent.
