Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

Excellent trainer, communication is clear and concise. Enjoyed the training very much. Please add biscuits with the refreshment next time :)
Gracie was very engaging and made the course enjoyable, with lots of discussion and interaction. Very knowledgeable and helped when I didnt get the technique right away.
