The use of examples and real life experience helped reinforce my understanding. Kevin encouraged questions and discussions, creating a supportive learning environment.

This was ultimately the best training I had ever had and I had been attending trainings for 14years. Kevin was very engaging , funny and very knowledgeable. I learned more than I had in many years. He included all attendees in all he was saying which was excellent. I truly enjoyed it and sincerely hope I will have him on my mandatory training again in the future.
