Karen presented the course in such a way that as a participant I felt engaged & focused. She added some real life situations including some fun humour.

Debbie superbly delivered the ALS and Manual handling course. She was very friendly and accommodating to all students during the course of the day. The practical aspect of the program was engaging and allowed other healthcare members of staff to bond and gel together. Thanks for making it an enjoyable day!
