Enjoyed the course. Trainer was knowledgeable and professional. However the H&S group sent a new trainer last minute so the class were left waiting for nearly 2 hours waiting with no reason as to why. No wifi in room. No drinking water available. No classroom handouts available. No accessible toilets on ground or basement floor. Pleased with the trainer and course content. Disappointed with everything else.

Well enjoyable and interactive training

Limited space to move around during practical session for 12 people. Women’s toilet- very high temp/ bowling water from one of the tap. Arrived on site before 9 am. The receptionist knew about the training session. However, doesn’t know what room has been allocated to.
