Very educative and innovative and I was will get the opportunity again

There was absolutely no information given for BLS for pregnant women. This is extremely disappointing that we still do not teach staff how to save the lives of pregnant women! This course also did not talk at all about BLS for people with varying levels of physical disability and how to work around that. Once again very disappointing. This course is overdue for an update to include vulnerable populations!!!!!

The trainer was enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable and engaged throughout the day. He brought in a wide range of examples, answered all our questions and created a highly didactic atmosphere that accommodated a wide range of learning abilities. I highly commend him as a trainer. The venue was a bit cold; It was helpful to be able to use the microwave.
