Somethings that were done could of been improved like manual handling

It’s knowledgable training’

The trainer was quite patronising and missed almost all of the slides. We did not practice any use of slings or rolling techniques

Not very inspiring

While the trainer was knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, their lack of up-to-date expertise in tracheostomy and ventilation care significantly impacted the quality of the training. The absence of basic ventilator and cough assist equipment further hindered learning, particularly for inexperienced trainees. Considering the length and intensity of the training, the overall experience was frustrating and fell short of expectations.
