I found the repetitive scenarios alongside targeted advice relevant to me (as opposed to general advice), all of which forced me to deal with what I considered daunting ahead of time, gave me a considerable confidence boost. Not only did this prepare me to give media interviews, but it has given me the tools to continue honing those skills on my own/with colleagues.

It was a great course delivered by very professional and competent people. It had good pace and content and delivered in a logical building fashion.

I was looking forward to attending the course and it did not disappoint.
