A brilliant day that has totally shifted my confidence levels with regards to dealing with a crisis and as such, regional and national journalists. I have learned how to bridge and pivot media enquiries over the phone.
Highlighted some key points that I had not considered before. The importance of being clear what you want to say and to control the narrative whilst being pushed in many different directions. Thank you.
It was excellent. A very fast 4 hours. I could see how we looked at the strategic comms around the issue. And how Sean then developed us fast through the different interview exercises. This has been very useful.
