A good well run session by Susan. A lot of detail covered in a short amount of time. For smaller groups, it would be beneficial to incorporate more breaks or conversation. As 2 of us were completing the course, all the exercises felt intense and tiring. Susan was an excellent trainer who provided really meaningful feedback and ‘steered’ out thoughts well.
