A really clear, focussed and well structured day which provided us with tools to create a way to engage the audience and a safe space to try the tools out. Using a building block approach to ‘performing’ in short exercises meant that the usual practical exercises which everyone dreads were fun and enjoyable!

Great course to reset and sharpen my public speaking and PR skills

Very useful presentation of techniques and ways of structuring your thoughts, followed by lots and lots of practical examples where you could try it out and learn throughout the day. The specificity of the feedback, and the realism of the scenarios was so helpful. This was an incredible training and I learned so much. I really admired the expertise, patience and clarity of the trainers.
