The media training delivered by Mark and Toby on Friday was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Going into the session, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but the experience proved to be insightful, practical, and genuinely engaging. Both Mark and Toby brought an impressive depth of real-life experience from their work as TV reporters, which added enormous value to the training. Their ability to translate newsroom reality into clear, practical advice made the session highly relevant to the digital and on - camera work we carry out at K2. It was fascinating to hear their stories, learn from their professional journeys, and understand how those lessons apply in a corporate and client - facing context. Throughout the training, they were both extremely professional while still being approachable and engaging. They created an environment that felt supportive, informative, and dynamic, allowing me and James to get the most out of the session. The tips, techniques, and guidance they shared were not only helpful but immediately applicable to improving our communication, presence, and confidence on camera. Overall, the session was a standout experience, and I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to participate in similar training in the future. I’m confident that the advice and insight Mark and Toby provided will be reflected in and actively used throughout the digital and camera work we deliver for our clients.
